Lenny's Mentorship is a professional program. This policy describes what is and is not allowed when using the service.

1. Be Respectful

Be professional and treat others with respect.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.

2. No Solicitation

No recruiting, sales outreach, or spam.
No affiliate marketing or paid promotions.

3. Protect Privacy

Do not share other participants' personal information without consent.
Keep mentorship conversations confidential unless both parties agree otherwise.

4. No Abuse

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
No malicious or automated traffic that harms service reliability.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension of access and/or ineligibility for future cohorts. We may take additional action as required to protect participants and the program.
